This form is for individuals who are current volunteers with Girl Scouts of West Central Florida who have completed volunteer training currently offered by council. We will verify your training before processing the request. These are free patches for training that are currently offered. There are no patches for training that are no longer offered. Questions? Downloadable certificates for all patches listed above can be located under the "Achievements" tab in gsLearn. Please provide certificates of completion for ALL training you are requesting patches for. (excluding Leadership Training and Outdoor Training header patches and Service Unit Position). If you are a Service Unit Team member, provide a screenshot of your role in your MYGS account.
