2026-2027 GSWCF Camp Property Troop Meeting Agreement & Request Form
Please review the Camp Properties and Capacities Overview document and select the meeting location(s) that best meet the needs of your Troop/Service Unit.

Please submit one form per meeting request. If you are requesting multiple meeting schedules, locations, or date patterns, a separate form must be completed for each request.

Note: Our camps follow the Leadership Center closure schedule. Troop meetings are not held at camp properties during the summer months.

Please read this document and select that you understand and will abide by all the requirements.

Troop Responsibilities:
- Troop will notify ranger if they will not be attending a scheduled meeting.
- Troop leaders will text the ranger to notify that they are at camp.
- Waivers for all girl and adult members in the troop must be signed and on hand if needed.
- Troop leaders can arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of the meeting to deliver materials to the meeting site. If needed, 1 vehicle access will be permitted.
- Troop leaders will return to the designated parking area to meet their troops. When all are present, the entire troop will walk to the meeting site.
- Troop members who arrive late, may be walked to the meeting site by the parent or caregiver. The parent or caregiver must return to parking area and follow established guidelines.
- Troop will reset room and clean the space prior to leaving.
- Troop will put all trash into camp dumpster prior to departure.
- Troop will leave the meeting space and walk to the designated parking area together.
- Troop will maintain attendance for every meeting and send the number of attendees to the ranger via text at the end of each meeting when you are letting them know you are leaving.
