Same day requests are not accepted. Drop-in bear workshops can be accommodated for 4 or less if store staffing allows. Parties must be booked two weeks in advance. Email GSStore@gswcf.org or call 813-262-1793 to check on same day requests or if you have questions.

Are you having a sleepover at the Leadership Center or are you planning on having one?*
Due to our Leadership Center facility agreements and liability, you will need to make a facility reservation here if you plan on staying beyond the planned party time to enjoy food and to have full access to all our facilities. Space will be provided for the duration of the event, but we do not permit food or extended time without the facility rental agreement.
