For what type of event is the item needed?*
Resources borrowed from GSWCF must be returned within 5 days of the date the item was picked up, to allow for any necessary cleaning and restocking and so it can be available for others.

It is the responsibility of the individual who completed this request to ensure its timely return. If someone other than the requester is picking up or returning the item, it must be noted below.

Please help us use our resources wisely by returning the items in the same (or better) condition than it was lent to you. If the item was damaged while in your posession, please notify Alicia Dunagan (adunagan@gswcf.org) so she can schedule its repair.
