    Eligibility

    • The raffle is open to current registered GSWCF volunteers

    Entry Requirements

    • Each participant may enter only once per prize.
    • Participants must provide accurate and complete information when completing the entry form
    • Entries must be submitted by April 30th at 11:59 pm

    Prize Draw and Winner Selection

    • Winners will be selected randomly in the first week of May, in order of the prizes listed in the document below
    • Participants/troops may win only one prize in the giveaway. If a volunteer is drawn more than once, the subsequent prize(s) will be redrawn.

    Notification and Prize Claim

    • Winners will be notified via the email provided on this entry form.
    • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
    • Girl Scout gift cards and programming are eligible for use in the 2025 or 2026 Membership Year.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
