Volunteer Appreciation Month 2025 Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility
- The raffle is open to current registered GSWCF volunteers
Entry Requirements
- Each participant may enter only once per prize.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information when completing the entry form
- Entries must be submitted by April 30th at 11:59 pm
Prize Draw and Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected randomly in the first week of May, in order of the prizes listed in the document below
- Participants/troops may win only one prize in the giveaway. If a volunteer is drawn more than once, the subsequent prize(s) will be redrawn.
Notification and Prize Claim
- Winners will be notified via the email provided on this entry form.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
- Girl Scout gift cards and programming are eligible for use in the 2025 or 2026 Membership Year.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
