• 2027 eBudde Cookie  - Girl to be Added Form

    Girl must be registered for the 2026-2027 membership year. Please allow 2-5 business days to be added. If a girl has orders in her previous troop please allow additional time if approval will be granted. Please submit by 1/?? in order to be moved before the IO submission.

  • Before requesting a girl to be added to the eBudde system, please verify that she is registered for the 2026-2027 Girl Scout Membership year. 

    Please contact our Customer Care team if you or the caregiver need help to register, renew or update the primary caregiver's email address.

    If the girl is a member of more than one troop in the membership system she will only be able to be in one troop in the eBudde and Digital Cookie system. If the girl has sales in previous troop the request will be reviewed for approval.

    Any sales under the girl's former council do not transfer to Girl Scouts of West Central Florida Council.

  • Please be aware for troop to troop transfer moves within our council that the Product Program dept. may need to verify with the old troop before the move can happen, if the girl has sales recorded already with the old troop.

  • Did you already setup her Digital Cookie Account this season under the former Girl Scout Council or Troop*

  • Please be aware that any customer cookie orders under the previous council do not move to GSWCF. They stay in the Baker system with the previous council. 

    If you have already created a site under the previous council you will need to close the site down and set up her Digital Cookie site up under her new troop after GSWCF has uploaded her under our council in Digital Cookie.  This may take 2-5 business days to get her released in the baker's system from her previous council.

  •  Please allow 2-3 business days for adding to the eBudde system if she is a new member.

    If a girl has transferred from another Council confirm with the caregiver to verify they see Girl Scouts of West Central Florida along the top of the screen in Digital Cookie.  If they are seeing their old council name, please let the caregiver not to use link from old council, they should unpublish the site to close it down. As sales from the old council will not transfer over to GSWCF. Please allow 2-5 business days for her to become activated under GSWCF to set up her new Digital Cookie account site with new link.
